The star shared a snap of her new bob on Instagram in two different posts — one, a full-body picture, and the other, a portrait. Her look is all kinds of gorgeous in both photos… her platinum blonde hair, now much shorter, looks particularly chic in the black and white pictures.

Not only is Lady Gaga's hair significantly cropped — her new bob is also set in beautiful 1920s bouncy curls.

How to recreate Lady Gaga's bouffant bob

First of all, your hair should be cut to a long bob length – obviously. While Lady Gaga's bob may look pretty short, remember, it loses some length thanks to her large, twisted curls. Post-cut, the best way to create Gaga's iconic 1920s curls is with large rollers — and lots of hairspray. Before taking them out, spritz them again with plenty of hairspray and then carefully remove them. The front section can be gently detangled, while the curls at the back can be invisibly secured into place with clips at the nape of the neck.
